If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can make it provided the garment has NOT been worn and does not show any signs of wear.
To proceed you must request the return authorization by contacting the Costumer Service via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the goods indicating the item code and the color that you intend to return (as reported in invoice) and the motivation.
And the desired compensation (eg size change, item change or partial or total refund of the amount paid). Once we have received and processed the request, we will send you a timely reply where it will be specified if you fall within the limits in order to accept the return: agreements on how to proceed will follow.

In case of defective items attributable to the company or not conforming to the order due to business error (whose discrepancy must be made evident by images) will directly catya srl to book the collection of the package taking care of the costs of management of the practice and return to the customer of the goods repaired or replaced.
If, however, problems of size / measurement were to occur or if the customer made a purchase error or the orderly head was not to your liking, and in all other circumstances independent of catya srl, the customer will provide, under the own responsibility, to send the head to the address of the above company and the goods will be replaced with reimbursement costs borne by the customer.
In case you want to take advantage of the right of withdrawal and receive back the amount paid, you will not be reimbursed the shipping costs that will be retained by catya Srl; in this case the item must be delivered to the company headquarters at the above address within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
For the purposes of reimbursement of the amount paid for the purchase catya Srl reserves the right to check the status of the goods once received in the company: in case of approval of the practice will return the amount paid within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods returned by the customer.
Conditions for acceptance of returns/refund
